Groups, public pages, and events may now use a new feature called “Community messaging.” It makes it simple to communicate with members and partners.
Go to «Manage community» «Community messages» to activate this area. Users will have a button for sending messages, and community administrators and editors will have a specific folder containing inbox messages that they may access through the «Manage community» button.

Dialogs may be designated as significant by adding a star. These conversations will be saved in a separate folder.

Only members may write messages to the closed community management, while any VK user can submit messages to an open community. Users may also see the average waiting time.
